As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on point.

What You’ll Do

• Lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and scheduling
• Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and overall project financial performance
• Oversee quality control and ensure safety standards are met throughout each job

What You Bring

• 3–10 years of mechanical construction project management experience (HVAC, plumbing, or related fields)
• Demonstrated success managing multiple commercial projects at once
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and mechanical drawings
• Calm, solutions-oriented mindset when challenges arise
