Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Service Plumber to join our team in Columbia, SC. In this role, you’ll handle service calls, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance across a wide range of commercial facilities, including schools, medical offices, corporate buildings, and retail environments.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and system failures
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related commercial plumbing components
• Respond to emergency service calls professionally and efficiently
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Collaborate with service coordinators and fellow technicians to deliver timely, high-quality results
• Maintain accurate records of service work, parts usage, and time entry
• Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets code requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments (rooftops, crawl spaces, etc.)
• SC Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
