What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sheet Metal Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving our commercial HVAC projects forward. You’ll have real influence over the jobsite and the team.
- Lead and mentor sheet metal crews in the field
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to keep jobs running smoothly
- Ensure safety standards are met—every day, every job
- Review drawings and specifications and turn them into execution
- Manage materials, equipment, and trade coordination
- Work alongside project managers, GCs, and other trades to solve problems quickly
- Keep projects on schedule without sacrificing quality
This is a hands-on leadership role—ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the work while guiding a team to succeed.

What You Bring
- 5+ years in commercial sheet metal / ductwork installation
- Experience leading crews or working as a foreman / lead
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and jobsite coordination
- Ability to keep projects moving and teams accountable
- A safety-first mindset and familiarity with OSHA standards
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
